How to Handle Duplicate Files?

It shows the list of duplicate resumes, which got transferred to duplicate queue through various parsing options. 

  • The upper left panel shows the list of those parameters only, which are likely to get changed when candidate changes the job or getting  promoted with in the organization.You will see the text format of the resume in right side panel.

    

  • User can see the old parsed parameters by clicking on right side resume under tab.
  • To see the new parsed parameters, click on resume on left side panel under  tab.
  • If user wants to update/change any of the previously parsed candidate details, user needs to select the check box against corresponding fields after selecting the new resume from left panel  and press the button.

   

  • In case user wishes to replace the resume copy too, user needs to check the  check box and click on  button. It will replace the candidate profile with newer one in Resume Parser database.
  • Once user had taken an appropriate action on the resume, press the button   against the resume to remove it from duplicate list.
  • If one has to find out a particular resume out of a big bunch of duplicate file, use   Option. Fill the search criterion like any key word in the resume and press Go button, then perform the required action against that resume.

You can now perform the search and take and export dump of the candidate database with modified candidate details. Click on Export Candidate Info Tab in Resume Parsing Utility to move ahead. Click Search & Export Candidate Infomation to see the further help.
