User can perform boolean search on most of the parameters listed in the below screen shot to find the relevant candidates from his/her own database.

• Boolean conditions are:

AND : and

OR :  or

NOT : and not

 Rules for Boolean Search:

• Each operand written within " " (optional).
• Brackets( ) are used to avoid ambiguity in case of multiple expression entry.

Example: ("Java" and "C++" )  or " ASP.net "

                ("Java " or "ASP.net" ) and not "testing"

 Fill the search criteria in required fields, click on   to get the search result(s). Remember to select country culture .

List of Fields, where one can apply Boolean search Condition:

• Search on Keywords: User can search the candidates by applying  boolean condition on any word/combination of words present in candidate's resume.
• Key Skills: Search candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidates skill set.
• Search on Tag: Search candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidate's resume tag.
• Current company: Search candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidate's resume tag
• Previous company: Search candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidate's resume tag
• Current designation: Search candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidate's resume tag

How to take excel dump of candidates parameters of suitable candidates after performing search?

After performing the search based on required criterion, select the list of parameters from the left pane of the right panel and press the add button.

Then select the candidates from the lower panel, whose information you want to export in excel file.

Give a name of the export file in  tab and press the button. It will prompt you to save the file. Choose a location to save the file.

Note: You can search and export only those resumes which were being parsed and validated by your current email id. One user can't see any candidate information parsed by other user.
