Introduction to Online Resume Parser

 

The growth and surge of recruiting companies and an ever tightening economy has generated tremendous competition for new market share and customers. Finding out the exact candidate is not only difficult for corporate but also to man power consultants, who have their forte in this domain. To find the potential candidates, there are various ways like job portals, advertisements, head hunting and referencing etc. Most of the organizations use Excel as a tool for managing internal candidate records.

 

Online Resume Parsing is a utility, that enables users to automatically extract important candidate information from resumes in any of the format like .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, .html,.txt. It also allows users to parse the candidate directly from file folders, MS-Outlook, Job-potals or any website. User can then perform the criterion based search on various parameters like keyword, current company, designation, salary, education, email id, phone number etc and take export dump of parsed candidate information into excel sheet.
