How to
Validate the extracted candidate
information?
-
Click on Resume Validation Tab to open it. On left panel, you will see the list of
the resumes parsed using "Resume Parser"
Tab. Right panel will show the resume in text format and lower half of the
screen will show the parsed candidate information. Press the
button to see the complete list of the parsed resume.
- You can
modify or update any information shown in various tabs and press
the submit button to update the
database.
- You can also save
your comments against the resume by typing the comment and pressing the
Tag resume button. You
can also perform the search on comments during export
process.
Note:
Don't press the validate button unless you don't want to modify/update any more
candidate
information.
- On pressing the
validate button,
The
parsed candidate information is saved finally in the database
and resume disappears from list. Following message
will be displayed on successful
submission.

Note: You can not validate a candidate
info unless you fill the country information manually, if not parsed
automatically.
Important: Incase you select
multiple resumes to validate, only those resumes will be validated whose country
is parsed by resume parser. For remaining, one has to select a country
manually, Press the button submit and then
validate.
In case you don't
want to save the resume in the database, you can press the button to remove
it.
You can now perform the search and take and export
dump of the candidate database. Click on Export Candidate
Info Tab in
Resume Parsing Utility to move ahead. Click Search & Export Candidate Infomation
to see the
help.
Note:
In
case resume is already in database, following
message is
displayed

Incase you see the
above message, you need to click on Duplicate Files Tab in parsing utility to
take an appropriate action. Click Handling
Duplicate Resumes page
to see the
help.
Duplicate resumes
are those resumes, which were parsed earlier and you tried parsing them again.
